Using computer technology, West Coast Saws has the ability to create custom templates and tooling to match any existing design. By utilizing an optical comparitor and a computer, connected to a very small CNC router, we can reproduce any detail necessary.

The cutting bit for the router is 1mm in diameter. Templates that would have taken several hours to create by hand, now can be done with greater accuracy and precision in a much shorter period of time.

We have created several different kinds of templates for specific applications, such as go and no-go gauges to be used on the shop floor. Templates can be created for as little as $35.00 each and once a drawing or wood sample is received, can be turned around in less than one week.
