Custom

Please give our sales department the opportunity to provide a quote for any custom made router bits, saw blades, inserts, and insert heads. A written purchase order detailing specifications is required for all custom orders. Custom orders cannot be accepted for return.

Warranty

All products are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and materials. Please contact our sales department immediately to schedule repair or replacement of any defective product. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by customer misuse.

Returns

Manufactured items, may be returned only if they are unused and in the original packaging. No custom, special or modified products may be returned unless defective. Original proof of purchase must be provided. Returns will not be accepted after 90 days from date of invoice. A 20% restocking fee may be applied if the customer ordered in error. Freight charges are not credited when return is due to customer error in ordering.

Shipping

Orders are shipped FOB Tacoma, WA . Shipping costs and a nominal handling charge are added to all orders shipped UPS or requested carrier. Claims for shortage or damage to shipment must be made within ten days of receipt.

Payment

All orders will be shipped COD unless an open account has been approved. Please request a credit application (PDF) to establish an open account. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. Payments must be received in accordance to terms stated on the invoice. Standard terms are net 10.

Minimum Order

A $5.00 minimum order fee will be applied to all orders under $50.00

Delivery

One delivery charge will be added to the invoice, when items are delivered by our salesmen, on your delivery day.
